Shipping processing times typically take around 10 business days. This timeframe is in addition to the specific shipping times mentioned in the descriptions of the wigs you are interested in. It's important to remember that weekends and holidays are not included in this processing time, so plan accordingly if you have a special event coming up.

To make the most informed decision when purchasing, we encourage you to read the wig descriptions carefully. Each wig may have different shipping times based on its availability. If you need your wig quickly, look for items labeled as "In-Stock." These wigs are ready to ship and can get to you faster, allowing you to enjoy your new style without the wait.

New Lower prices mean slightly longer shipping times. Our standard shipping hours are Mondays , Wednesday &  Fridays only!  9am - 2pm EST.

All Standard orders will be processed, packed shipped within 10 business days. Most orders go out sooner than that, however during larger sales or holidays we may need the additional time to process the order and get it out to you.

*Any Pre-orders state within the wig description if additional processing and shipping time is needed.

Important: Martini Wigs LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any theft or missing items. For any issues related to delivery, please contact USPS or UPS directly to investigate further.

Shipping quotes are provided by USPS and UPS. For express shipping quotes, email support@martiniwigs.com. Please note that express shipping fees are non-refundable if the delivery does not meet the estimated timeframe. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and depend on the shipping carrier.

We do not charge additional handling fees.

International shipping:

International shipping is available to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other countries! Please be aware that you are responsible for any duty fees assessed on your shipment. These fees vary by country. For more information or questions, feel free to email us.
