Shipping
Our standard shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 2pm EST.
All Standard orders will be processed, packed shipped within 10 business days. Most orders go out sooner than that, however during larger sales or holidays we may need the additional time to process the order and get it out to you.
*Any Pre-orders state within the wig description if additional processing and shipping time is needed.
At Martini Wigs LLC, ensuring accuracy and care in fulfilling your order is our top priority, and we strive to be as efficient as possible. Customer Satisfaction is our priority and that starts with making sure we effectively get you the high-quality product you purchased accurately and quickly.
Important: Martini Wigs LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any theft or missing items. For any issues related to delivery, please contact USPS or UPS directly to investigate further.
Shipping quotes are provided by USPS and UPS. For express shipping quotes, email heather@martiniwigs.com. Please note that express shipping fees are non-refundable if the delivery does not meet the estimated timeframe. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and depend on the shipping carrier.
We do not charge additional handling fees.
International shipping:
International shipping is available to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other countries! Please be aware that you are responsible for any duty fees assessed on your shipment. These fees vary by country. For more information or questions, feel free to email us.
