Returns / Cancellations / Modifications
RETURNS: **EFFECTIVE - 01-11-2025**
Each wig is carefully hand-packed and inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality. While we take great care to inspect for defects on a rare occasion one may be missed. If that is the case, please email heather@martiniwigs.com to initiate a return sending photos of the defect. Please keep in mind that heat and humidity can sometimes affect the curls and waves on wigs, this is not a defect. If needed, let the wig cool and lightly mist it with water (while keeping the lace intact) allowing to airdry to reactivate the curls.

Wigs are no longer eligible for refund or exchange due to multiple customers returns and requests due to health reasons.
Any possible returns or exchanges are up to the descension of Martini Wigs LLC, the following reasons may be approved:
- Manufacturing Defect
Wigs will not be eligible for return for the following reasons:
- Color does not meet the expectation; all photos are taken indoor and outdoor however your location and lighting may make the wig look slightly different.
- The wig is not what you expected
- The wig is too long or thick; the length and density are listed or each individual wig on the website.
- You don't like the color or curl pattern
- Ect ....
We understand that there are times when you buy a wig and when it comes in you may not like it on yourself. However, due to health concerns of other customers we are no longer taking returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. There are multiple Facebook buy sell trade groups which you can feel free to utilize in reselling the wig.
Without having to donate the returned wigs, we are able to keep our prices low.
CHARGE BACKS:
All charge backs for regret purchases will be disputed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that cancellations are not permitted. All orders, including those placed during sale events, are final. Once your payment has been processed and the order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
MODIFICATIONS:
We aim to accommodate order modifications within one hour of placement.
